1 Review of Yany Kegel Balls - Multi

My first reaction when I opened the box - wow! They were so incredibly beautiful to look at. Easy to insert - and such effective results even after only one or two sessions. I'm heading into my 30s now and have decided to start looking after my pelvic floor health a little more. These were so effective, in fact, that it has even become a little bit more difficult to get them out, if I'm not concentrating on relaxing! I definitely recommend going along with the instructions included in the packet. A bit of a treat for myself - there are definitely less expensive versions of the same thing, but honestly, they're so nice to look at. No regrets.
