I have owned several of these and am about to purchase another. One issue I have had with them is the dial on the bottom. In the hands of an over-excited male it seems it's easy to turn too far and breaks a little too easily. Once that happens it no longer goes. This time we'll go gently on the dial!

They requested video proof of the fault and then accepted that the item did not work .
